On a rather hot and early fall morning in New York City I left my hotel in Chelsea to walk a few blocks – well, more than a few to be fair. With my Starbucks coffee in my hand and my shades on it almost made me feel like a New Yorker, walking along side all these business people going to work. I had another destination than most of the people though – I wasn’t about to enter an office…but I was heading towards The Greenwich Hotel in TriBeCa and have me some me-time at their Shibui Spa…..

The Hotel Bel-Air is located in the beautiful Bel-Air in LA. The hotel has 105 stunning rooms. Already upon arrival at the hotel entrance, you start to wind down instantly. Everything is calm and peaceful. Just pure tranquility.
Casa del Mar – a hotel right by the beach in Santa Monica – not far from Santa Monica Pier. The hotel has been around since the roaring 20’s and is one of the most beautiful places in Santa Monica, if you ask me. I’ve wanted to see the inside for quite some years now – and of course to test the spa.
